@gregormendel Is WA inviting interstate or offshore?
Yes, they invite WA resident, Interstate and Offshore. But WA residents are categorically ranked higher, so an invite for an occupation (for a given stream) will only go out if there is NO WA resident left to invite. In simpler words, the chances for WA interstate/offshore for most occupations are near zero.
