@gregormendel hey mate - have been not getting any answer, on what basis DoHA chooses the application for grant. Few who applied very later are getting grants and others are sitting with no update. So what's the crack ?
(Not against those getting grants early, just trying to understand how it works )
they dont publicly reveal the exact approach. Mostly FIFO, but sometimes 2 batches (one older, one newer). Like June and Nov 2023 right now for SC190. Sometimes decision ready (simpler, no work exp etc.) processed quicker etc.
Do you think they will process December 2023 visa applicants after they decide on all November 2023 applications?
@msmore they could continue processing Dec, while doing Jun->Jul->Aug at same time. We will have to wait and watch.
Do you think this will happen this February onwards?

No agents involved, agent even tried to make my case worst, I suggest instead of paying $2000 to agent either do it yourself or if you are lazy enough pay me $500 and I'll do it for you. Got my grant today WA- Finance Manager Family of 4 Visa lodged- 10 June 2023 Medicals - 21 Nov 2023 New born medical - 2 Dec 2024 S56- AFP and medicals on 13 Jan 2025 ( but Immi account shows health clearance provided so Bupa did not book and called Immi 3 to 4 times they advised no action to do with medicals) so AFP uploaded on 20 Jan 2025
