@gregormendel Need your advice. I just got a pre-invite from NSW 90 pts. After 2 days on 27 March I will lose 5 age points. Will this affect my nomination

This is a tough situation. Proper your files and be ready to apply. Tomorrow morning contact the NSW to seek a quick assessment and they will advise you

Contact them asap. They might (or might not) approve you preinvite on reduced pts. If they do approve, then you wont have any issues in visa procesing as the ITA will be issued on reduced pts. Email address here
