Occupation is cook. Onshore. Queensland. S57 was received related to work history points claimed before end of qualification.
They wanted to see my traffic offence history for character assessment so
S57 Notes Case officer didn't want to award point for work experience prior to qualification. Explanation provided by applicant quoting migration act rules and real life similar cases where they granted visa Explanation prescribed in migration act that it qualifes for trade occupation like cook, carpenter My same work experince was counted and was granted 482 visa before so it was misunderstanding of case officer

I waited 7 months for an answer if they would sponsor me. The day after I resigned, I received an email apologising that they could not proceed with sponsoring my PR now as I have resigned.

offshore usually report at lower rates. Moreover, 60 to 70% of invites tend to be onshore.
So, there is a chance to miss this fy for offshore non-priority applicants, though applied 12 November..
12 nov, you have high chance of getting this FY
I have a friend who is an ECT that applied on 10th of Nov, offshore. He still hasn't received the grant either.
But surely he might be able to get it at least in the next 2 weeks
its entirely possible to get it next Monday, or 8 weeks later.
But sometime in next 4 weeks sounds like a reasnoble guess to go for now.

On SmartVisaGuide, always check the "Seen 3W ago" bit to see if the user has "abandoned" their profile. Quite a few users enter the Submit visa event to see the timeline, but dont enter visa grant event when grant comes :(, and just abandon the profile.
That's true. Just for clarification, the one I was talking about is someone I know personally.
