By seeing the trend, is immigration processing more 190 and 491 than 189 these days?

Also, seeing the turnaround time after s56 for 190 is much less than 189. Is it probably due to more resource allocation to process the pending 190 backlog?

The planning levels for 190/491 are bigger so natural to see more grants. Overall, everything is proceeding in line with migration planning levels. There doesnt seem to be a categorical bias for or against a subclass (of 189/190/491) https://smartvisaguide.com/subclass/
