Documents submitted by someone who got WA nomination approval: 1) Bank statements 2) Statuary declaration from the lease holder that I am an occupant 3) Some random letters from my bank with an address of Perth. (Debit card letter, credit check letter) 4) My job contract stating that I should live in Perth and work in Perth office. 5) Salary slips with Perth address 6) Statuary declaration from myself stating that I am a resident of Perth along with dates of when I moved. 7) Airline ticket from when I moved to Perth 9) Insurance state conversion email and documents.
NSW Update 04 June 2025 Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) – NSW allocation has been reached for the program year NSW has reached its nomination allocation for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) for the 2024–25 program year.
As a result, no further invitations will be issued for this visa subclass until a new allocation is provided by the Australian Government at the start of the 2025–26 program year.
Upcoming Subclass 491 Pathway 2 Invitation Round. We anticipate issuing invitations for the Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491) – Pathway 2 before the end of this week.

I have a student visa refusal onshore and have got 491 invitation from wa. I have successfully received nomination from the govt at the moment I am on bridging of 485 T.R. This is a bit lengthy post please spare some time to read it and suggest me what should I do. I am currently attached with SSA migration as a client and discussed this thing with Sandeep sir as well but still I have some doubts.
I received Subclass 491 invitation from Western Australia in the February round for the Construction Estimator occupation (EOI date: October 2024).
However, I also hold a valid skills assessment for the Construction Project Manager (CPM) occupation with an older EOI date (November 2024), yet I haven’t received an invitation under this occupation in the February, March, or May rounds.
Based on my research and personal observations, here’s what I’ve concluded:

Some of my friends with similar EOIs and 70–75 points (without experience points) have received invitations for CPM, so I don’t believe my lack of experience points is the issue.

I initially thought that receiving a Subclass 491 invitation might disqualify me from receiving a Subclass 190 invitation in the same financial year. However, I know someone who received a 491 invitation in February and then a 190 invitation in March—so this seems unlikely.

I came across another individual who received a 491 invitation for Civil Engineering but was not invited for CPM later, despite having an older EOI date and 80 base points. This appears to mirror my situation closely.
From these observations, my conclusion is: If someone receives a 491 invitation under one occupation (Estimator in my case), they may not be considered for a 190 invitation under a different occupation (CPM in my case), even with a valid skills assessment and higher points.
What are your thoughts on this? I’d appreciate any insight you might have.

I applied for a 190 visa as a divorced individual. I was previously married religiously and later got divorced. I submitted a religious divorce certificate. I'm wondering if the department will require a legal divorce certificate or any other documentation. I have not been in contact with my ex for three years and I don't know where she is .
What are the other options for supporting documents? If the department ask.
