I am going after a construction project manager 189 visa...

Have I missed the August 21 invitation round (as the only invitations I can see had 90 points). Will they send out more invitations this month? I am considering going after a de facto visa instead as my partner is Australian... Any advice?

//Will they send out more invitations this month?// No one knows for sure, but there are rarely 2 rounds for 189 in one month. There may be more rounds in this FY. Moreover try to increase your points.
I suggest go for Partner/De-Facto Visa, keep 189 EOI in as a backup.
