I received a Commencement email today at around 6.40 AM UAE time. Visa lodged: 1st March 2024 NSW 190 Offshore Marketing Specialist Family of 4
Why are there lesser 491 grants even if there is quota remaining? Will DHA not utilise the full quota
yup I was thinking of the same. @gregormendel why is DHA not using the quota? I see many more 190 grants each month even though there are fewer quota remaining. Its very sad that DHA would waste away the allocation and force us to wait for 2 years when allocation is not an issue..........
@gregormendel Is DHA slow with grants or there is a problem in formulation mentioned here for 491 https://smartvisaguide.com/frequently-asked-questions/planning-levels-and-state-nomination-allocation
They will use quota by 30 June, there is no slow or grant, just plan to use it by end of FY. @zippyfox1148 formulation is correct.

Still waiting for grant s56 on 11th April. I guess everyone else got their grants who received s56 on 11th April
