When do you think I might get the grant as I got invitation last year November last year for 189. I have done everything like policie clearance and medical check ups. I have applied on 2 January this year for 189 in occupation Civil Engineer Draftsperson, yet I have not recieved anything.

Wow, congratulations mate. I have my 491 still not granted for 26 months now and was contemplating lodging a complaint. Do you think i should do that? I haven't received remedical s56 but got the one for police clearance which i complied. What was the response/feedback on the complaint?

Its been like 3 years to whole journey. I gave IELTS in Sep 2022 and that where journey started. Only had 70 points and got invite from ACT. No other state or 189 happened.

so, no work experiece required even in 190 subclass. A sigh of relief whenever i read such grants.
Hello guys, I have applied for 189 Skill Independent Visa in graduate stream under occupation 'Civil Engineer Draftsperson on 2 January for last year November invitation. It has been 7.5 months and yet I have not heard anything till now. My temporary graduate visa expired on 30 October last year, and in 10 days of returning to my country, I recieved an invitation. I studied both bachelors and Advance Diploma in Perth, Australia. When do you think I might get a grant? Thank you.

Do you think certain factors might impact my grant? My visa has expired and now I am in my country. However, I am paying installments money from ZIP Pay, ZIP Money, and Money Me. Likewise, I got some tax to pay to ATO but it is under ABN income not under TFN income, so my tax agent suggested me to tick 'NO' in Form 80 application as he said they cannot see it and I can pay after I come to Australia. What do you think regarding this issue? Also, I came for higher studies and dropped to another college in Diploma and than again returend to higher studies and recieved graduate visa and did advance diploma, do you think this can also impact my grant? Beside that I have done health examination and had 75 points for this visa. Thank you.
its probably best to pay any outstanding Tax debt. Rest is all good, just wait some more.
I would love to pay but my finance is diffcult currently and my tax agent told not to pay now as its like more than 3000 AUD but less than 5000 AUD as I remember at the moment, I am currently paying installments of ZIP and Money Me.
