@kathy1807 (10H ago| Updated 10H ago)Hi guys, my application for visa is March 2024 through agent. Wonder if when the status changes (s56 or commence email), will I receive the email or only my agent will see it. If that so, check online immi account is the only way to see if the status change ?

@Kathy1807 you can import your application into your ImmiAccount to view its current status. You will also be able to see the commencement email under the Messages tab.
It is always advisable to import your application into your ImmiAccount so that you can easily track the progress and receive important updates. Cheers hope that helps
Only your agent can see, you can ask your agent to check status for you, as they created account based on their email.
