An automatic voice said I have a document to submit for Department of Home Affairs, ask me to choose between 1 and 2 or something for English or Chinese. I have not done anything yet and just turn off. Does it reliable or just a scam ?

wow the scammers are efficient calling these many people. If only the department works like them.........ahem
It's a scam, received these type of calls many times even when I had not applied for any Visa.

I got a call as well today. I haven't applied for Visa too, waiting for invite.
100% scam. they normally contact via email
thank you. I have just been advised that if Dept of Home Affairs call, it would be "No Caller ID"

@mohitg my agent told me that if Department of Home Affairs call, what will be shown on your phone is "No Caller ID"
