@gregormendel - submitted 189 on 15th Nov. Seeing many applicants who recieved grant today. Nothing came through for me nor RFI or commencement email- should I be concerned or what would be the reason

There is no reason, some 15th got today, many 15th waiting. Thats normal course of business; you should be getting it very soon. Good luck.
