@gregormendel - Looking at the FOI - do people who got s56 in first two weeks of March stand a chance to get grant this FY? I'm waiting, RFI on 11 March submitted 12. Worried pro Max! 🙏

By seeing the trend, is immigration processing more 190 and 491 than 189 these days?

Also, seeing the turnaround time after s56 for 190 is much less than 189. Is it probably due to more resource allocation to process the pending 190 backlog?

Trying to understand the process: With the application assessment, the applications are usually processed by FIFO, and decision ready basis. But with those for which the S56 was sent, and the Info was provided and satisfied by the applicant - are there no FIFO logic in assessing the applications? Is it pretty random that CO gets to pick the file?

What happens after submitting requested information by CO. Does the case goes to general pool again and sit there until it gets picked by CO ? Do they usually request information all at once ? Or can choose to send it part by part (inefficiently)

And one last thing, are we seeing a general trend of 1 month time for s56 to grant.

@gregormendel - submitted 189 on 15th Nov. Seeing many applicants who recieved grant today. Nothing came through for me nor RFI or commencement email- should I be concerned or what would be the reason

@Gregormendel - what's your catch on the 189-process time by looking at the FOI? Would they clear the November lodgements? Or keep the processing time same.
