ACS Skills Assessment Appeal – ICT Business Analyst

Hi everyone,

I recently received my ACS skills assessment outcome. My Professional Year and Australian education were assessed positively across all categories, but my work experience was found suitable only for Data Analyst, not ICT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

I believe this may be because my reference letters focused more on technical tasks rather than business analysis responsibilities. I have over 2.5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

Could you please advise whether it is possible to appeal this decision and what additional documents or evidence, such as revised reference letters, I should provide to strengthen my case?
