Hi everyone,

Looking for advice from people who received 189/190/491 grant, especially Construction Project Managers (ANZSCO 133111) who claimed overseas employment points.

I have a positive VETASSESS assessment and will be claiming 10 points for 5+ years overseas skilled employment.

For my one older employment, I have:

• Employer reference/experience letter + job description

• Appointment/offer letter

• EOBI (government employment/contribution record) confirming employer and dates

• FBR/tax records but it was under tax deduction threshold and added by me so employer name is not mentioned

• Bank statements showing salary payments from sister company during bank salary months

• Salary slips where available for cash salary months

• Employer clarification letter for some payments made through another business owned by the same company director

• SECP/FBR records proving the connection between the employer, director and payment business

and a low income certificate by FBR IRIS commissioner explaining salary was lower than tax deductible income.

For anyone who claimed employment points: Was a similar evidence package enough for Home Affairs? Did they accept the VETASSESS-assessed experience directly, or did you receive an s56 asking for further employment/salary evidence?

Would especially appreciate experiences from CPM 133111 applicants.
