When should we expect the planning levels for the next program year? March? May? And if I remember correctly, I think by August, States and Territories should be starting to release their allocation numbers, right?

I was wondering when. Plus, I highly doubt there will be higher planning levels overall. Maybe the allocations can be a bit back, but probably not back to the same level.

no one knws when, but it will be definitely be same or higher. Maybe 20% higher than this FY.
