An automatic voice said I have a document to submit for Department of Home Affairs, ask me to choose between 1 and 2 or something for English or Chinese. I have not done anything yet and just turn off. Does it reliable or just a scam ?

I also got a call from (02) 9099 6511, searched number on Google so taken to Reverseau and this site, too many ppl reported as scam as well
wow the scammers are efficient calling these many people. If only the department works like them.........ahem

It's a scam, received these type of calls many times even when I had not applied for any Visa.

@mohitg my agent told me that if Department of Home Affairs call, what will be shown on your phone is "No Caller ID"
