@gregormendel / @biotechy my skills assessment expires in 45 days, still waiting for an invite. I switched to a new company but still working in my nominated occupation. Also I will cross 8 years of experience in 30 days. Do I need a fresh skills assessment?

No, you dont need new skill assessment until it expires. Just submit employment claims docs to visa CO directly (if invited). If skill assessment expires, then you need a new updated one.
