@minion94 (3W ago| Updated 3W ago)@gregormendel / @biotechy my skills assessment expires in 45 days, still waiting for an invite. I switched to a new company but still working in my nominated occupation. Also I will cross 8 years of experience in 30 days. Do I need a fresh skills assessment?

No, you dont need new skill assessment until it expires. Just submit employment claims docs to visa CO directly (if invited). If skill assessment expires, then you need a new updated one.

@biotechy @gregormendel I have received pre invite from Victoria and my skills assessment expires in 15 days now. I have submitted the enquiry form mentioning this on their website.
Any other proactive step I can or need to take ? Will I have to get a new skills assessment anyway or will this work ?
you have contacted them, thats enough for now, likely they approve in 15 days. rest is your luck.
and submit preinvite docs asap obviously, dont just send enquiry on website
Pre invite docs? What are those ? And submit them at the upload doc section in nomination application?
i mean lodge the invite application after preinvite, whatever they need in application
Yes that I did, I'm offshore candidate so they required only Passport bio page, no other docs at this point
