Hi all,
We received an SA 190 offshore nomination invite, but before submitting the state nomination application, we noticed that my partner skills assessment was not entered in the EOI, even though it already existed at the time of submission.
My English points were already counted, so this looks like an under-claim, not an over-claim.
Has anyone updated their EOI at this stage and still proceeded normally with SA nomination?
Did you also submit an explanation letter?
Any real experience would be greatly appreciated.

You should proceed with the current points claim on which you were invited. No need to add extra points if you have already been invited on lower points.
