Finally my 491 got approved! Onshore Pastry Chef For context: I took Advanced diploma in Hospitality Management first here in Goldcoast and then moved to tassie to study pastry (live 8 months there and got depressed). I, then moved back to Goldcoast to start again, took Commercial Cookery whilst working as a breakfast chef in a cafe. Finished my course and still working at the cafe, got my grad visa. Worked 2 jobs, both cheffing. Applied for a pastry chef at a hotel, loved it. Left my other jobs and now im working full time as a pastry chef.
