Found some data in FB group There have been atleast 679 subclass 191 grants since yesterday (prim+secondary)
Students visas are also being granted
Why are student visa being granted over PR?
Because they don't go and look at the other applications. If a student visa application has been assigned then they just work on it and finalize it.
