@gregormendel - Received commencement email. Lodge date is 25th Nov, Offshore , Software and applications programmers nec. When can I expect my grant?

Visa granted for 189 Occupation: General Practitioner 70 points for EOl Below is my timeline: Invitation- 7/11/2024 Applied for visa- 9/12/2024 S56 for health examination - 30/05/2025 Medical done - 02/06/2025 Visa grant- 10/06/2025
Received ITA 491 NSW ๐๐ฝ๐ - pre invite 23/05/25 - application 30/05/25 - request for additional documents 10/06/25 *Approved 30mins after submission

What about 189 VIS invitation? Won't they conduct even small invitation round for Shortage Skilled jobs?
@rihitmaharjan63 Lol, I doubt they will start any new invitations for 189. Over 7000 cases of visa 189 that were invited last year in November are still being processed, I believe the new round of invitations for 189 will have to happen after August.
new round should be in Aug/Sep/Oct I think
Look like now grant will only start in july, enjoy 20 days of peace
Lets hope and pray that grant start coming from this week again. waiting for 20 days then again another wait.. too much to handle
Hi. Does the DHA send notice out once the 189 grants are all consumed, similarly to how the states announce closure? Many thanks.
I assume they will send a few grants on Wednesdays, as can be observed from the past few weeks.
