My 190 Victoria visa lodge date is Jan 11th 2024. ANZSCO code is 261313 (Software engineer). Observed that the 190 quota of 3000 for this FY has been exhausted. Is it fair to assume that post July 1st 2025, the pending applications would be processed?
@ My 189 Visa Lodge date is Nov 25th, 2024 (Software and Programmer NEC). Can I expect grant anytime soon?

190 received S56 today to retake medicals for my daughter. Lodged visa (India) on 24th March 2024.

Looks like quite day today grant. Waiting for NSW 190.
I think they have timeline to do this. Only 1-2 days a week to processing based on the pattern since beginning of May 2025
Processing time for 190 increased to 22 months for 90% applications
It might be because they are still processing June 2023 applicant. High backlog in that month would increase the time
Let's see for April FOI how many applications are left for June 2023.
At the same time, processing time decreased to 15M for 50% applications
