There is an update on DHA site - Applications for the Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa are prioritised in accordance with Ministerial Direction No. 119. Applications currently being allocated for processing were generally lodged in:
As received – related to Australian law enforcement or defence interests April 2025 for construction, healthcare and teaching occupations (onshore applicants) April 2025 – all other applications where the applicant was in Australia at the time of application February 2025 – all other applications where the applicant was outside Australia at the time of application. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-nominated-190 @biotechy

Has any offshore applicant contacted or approached DHA regarding their pending Subclass 190 application? If yes, did you receive any specific response regarding why the processing of offshore applications are not picking up or when offshore grants may resume?

What does it mean ? Any suggestions for us who is not aware of this?

Hi @gregormendel, any insight why offshore applications are not being processed? Saw few grants of the same date i lodged my application and even of subsequent dates but all are onshore only. If onshore is priority criteria as on date, by when offshore application may get processed?. Pls guide.

Hi, Do we receive s56 notification on registered email also or need to check immigration portal regularly?

any non priority health occupation waiting for visa since March 2025? Those who got the grant...can you suggest job market for indian there considering recent protests etc. ideally it should not have impact but just wanted to understand healthcare job market there.

This entire week has been very slow—just one or two subclass 190 grants for South Australia. Is anyone else in the same SA-nominated 190 visa boat, drifting with no shore in sight?

Hi, someone suggested me to upload documents (even a recent salary slip, cv etc) on 190 visa application to keep the application in queue, otherwise it will go behind. Is this so? pls guide @gregormendel
