I haven't contacted them, but I don't think it's of any use. DOL: 04/04/2025 Occupation: Motor mechanic Offshore S56 request on 30/06/2026 for re-medicals and Polio Vaccination Certificate, complied with S56 request on 13/07/2026, since then further assessment.
