is it possible to file a lawsuit at court , that department screwed us with fake looming promises. charging hundred of dollars and a better life in australia. they dont even process visas on time.
DHA made no promises. Visa is a privilege not a right :)
visa is not a privilege , it is legally a permission granted by state . freedom of movement and family reunification can involve human rights. but the way visas are granted and denied should still respect fundamental rights and principles of fairness. 1. the one sitting in parliament , there families moved here from other parts of the world . are they privileged ? 2. states are issuing nomination to offshore candiates from last 2-3 years. why the f**** they do that , if dha is delaying the visas of offshores . 3. treating offshore as cashcows ? just need cash . - this is unfair treatment. if u take money, you should honor your words!
only 5 months of waiting and you are acting like this and that too living in the UK, you need to get your act together mate. People have waited more than 3 years for the visa and come from third world countries. You can see the processing times on the website and filing a case would backfire on you. It's their country, they can do whatever they want nobody forced you to apply for a visa, you are making a move for a better life and if you don't like it stay where you are.
@user11 bla bla bla. come on mate. i bet you are not even working as an accountant.
