Any feedback on the chances for a Life Scientist (general) at 100 points? Been seeing mixed predictions online.

Some professions still have very large quotas remaining. For example secondary teacher had a 2000+ quota but around 400 189 invites this FY, same with GP and physio. Will they aim to fill these quotas or not? It seems strange to have such large quotes and barely invite them.
