@zohaibatglobal (1D ago| Updated 1D ago)@gregormendel Could you please explain why ICTβrelated occupations, which are not considered a priority, are suddenly receiving grants in under a year? What is causing this shift, albeit a very fortunate one? I would appreciate your rationale.

Broadly, all non-priority will converge to 12 to 15 months processing time. ICT+Engineering is bulk of the workload in non-priority. Check William' comment below as well as this post here.
It is more of a broader pattern. Lots of accountants and engineers also received grants within 13 or 14 months and we will soon see them receiving grants within 12 months, perhaps within the next 1 or at most 2 weeks.
Why do we see lots of ICT, accounting, and engineering grants? Well, because they are some of the largest application categories.
For more in-depth explanations, see one of the recent posts, and I will make a small update soon.
π Good thoughts, and appreciate your analysis in the post. Please keep sharing.
@william_prm_adler Thanks for the update! That makes a lot more sense now. Iβll check out the link too.
Hi Will, could you do a similar analysis for 491. Thank you.
Do you think the same can be said for 491. Thank you. I submitted the whole thing on 19/12/24. Many thanks.
@gregormendel Thanks for the update! That timeline sounds pretty reassuring and itβs good to know things are settling around the 12-15 month mark.
