maybe because 190 people not sharing in whatsapp groups, 491 groups are more active, could be.
The recent trend is 2 weeks they open 190 files and 2 weeks 491, this is the last week for 491, if they follow the same pattern next week is 190 and they have already reached April 2024 in terms of issuing s56 and still stuck in feb 2024 for 491.
