Is there anyone here that had to leave because their visa ended and applied as an offshore candidate? Did yous receive invite/got a grant ?
I am priority occupation offshore and January 2025 lodgment. NSW Nomination. Yet the status is received. When should I expect the grant?
Is there any chance of visa rejection after s56 for remedicals if the medicals are cleared ? I mean do they ask for more information after remedicals ?
Visa doesn't get rejected if your medicals are all cleared. Just ensure everything else is correct and up-to-date.
@biotechy What will be my "Usual country of residence" in EOI (skill select) when I travel to Australia in a Visitor Visa? Do I need to change the "Usual country of residence" from my home country to Australia if I am physically present in Australia on Visitor VISA?
on visitor visa it will not be australia, it will be where you normally live.

Mine got cleared on 9th of October. S56 on 22 sept. Waiting for grant
29 september was cleared.

Really frustating. Why can’t they grant in order? They starting grating for march application and again left us behind with s56 request

not fixed ..some get same day some not even after 4 months

It all depends on the information asked in s56. If it's remedicals only, then it should be quick.
No, after re - medical it also take time. As we are also waiting from 20 days after re medical.
