@gregormendel: I have recently paid 2022/23 tax early this year. I have tax to be paid total for combined 2023/24 like 4150 AUD. My tax agent told me I have statements and if immigration asks me about it he told me to tell them to contact him, he told me tick 'No' in From 80. My temporary graduate visa expired last October and I returned to my country I got a 189 invitation in my country. Will I be given an opportunity to explain this by immigration or is it either direct grant or refusal? Tax agent told me not to lodge as I am not in Australia and working, also I do not have much money to pay taxes.
@gregormendel I was wondering how fo you think the processing times might work for 190. Do you recon the 25 months is what we should be looking at as per the immi processing times posted this month? I am quite confused as it was 18 months for 90% last month and now it moved to 25 😳. Im a dec 23 lodger so wonder if I should assume Jan/ Feb next year for grant now or is it just temporary statistics you think? Thanks!

Dear @gregormendel, I just wanted a quick input from you. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated as always. I am just curious to ask that should I upload form 80 upfront? I am asking this because I updated my residential address in Immi account in July 2025. What are the chances that I will receive s56 from the department for form 80 now? My application is still in "Received" state and I am expecting direct grant.
