Currently on 491. My therapist wants me to get a ADHD diagnosis. Iโm scared if i start taking meds for this it would affect my 191 eligibility with the diagnosis.

When I logged in to my immi account, my status was still "received". I wonder if my application has been assigned with an officer yet. In another word, is it common that the status changes from"received" to "finalized", without going through "initial assessment".
