Your occupation needs to be on the NSW Skills list to be eligible for 190 and 491 (Pathway 2 and 3). All occupations are eligible for 491 Pathway 1 (as long as on the DHA list). NSW has not officially opened for FY yet, so this may or may not be the final list.
Unit group refers to the first 4 letters of your Occupation Code, and NSW lists are given on the basis of Unit Group. All occupations under the given Unit Groups are eligible.
