What steps should we take to get any update ? or shall we just wait without any clue ?

491 Visa – Civil Engineer | NT Offshore Applicant | 15 Months Waiting. The status still shows as "Received" with no further updates. Staying patient and hopeful through this long wait — trusting the process and keeping faith that the right time will come.
The only thing you can do it just making sure your file is decision ready, and wait some more. June/Jul/Aug 2023 and onwards are still being processed.
