VETASSESS 133111 (Construction Project Manager) – Advice needed regarding employment evidence

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from people who have gone through VETASSESS

I joined my current employer in January 2024 and have been continuously employed since then. The issue is that my salary has been paid through different methods during different periods:

Jan–Mar 2024:Cash Apr–Jun 2024: Cheque Jul 2024–Feb 2025:Bank transfer Mar–Dec 2025: Cash Jan 2026–Present: Bank transfer

So I have bank statements for a significant part of my employment, cheque records for 3 months, but no direct bank/payment trail for the two cash-payment periods.

I can potentially provide an employer reference letter, salary certificates, attendance records,

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation:

  1. For cash-paid periods, how strict is VETASSESS about having bank statements as proof of salary?
  2. Can an employer reference letter plus salary documentation be sufficient?
  3. Most importantly, has anyone with mixed cash/cheque/bank salary payments successfully obtained a positive VETASSESS assessment?

I want to get 3 years experience verified to gain 5  points

Thanks in advance for any advice.
