@biotechy Some 189 and 190 onshore lodged in June 2026 got their visas today...just in 2 months whereas 491 applicants particularly offshore are waiting for over an year, some even waiting for 2 years...this shows Home Affairs is deliberately not processing our applications despite charging same fee.... if they want they can process our applications quickly too but they won't and just force us to do repeated medicals and get PCCs multiple times. Everyone including both onshore and offshore have the right of fair treatment...while they can process onshore in a month or 2 , processing offshore 491 in years is just injustice.. at least they can process them in 12 months maximum time.
@cheekyfox5546 . lets file a case against government in high court
