In case of sc190, it looks like the department is only processing applications that are decision ready whether that be already s56 issued applications or applications lodged less than a year before. By estimation there are around 3-4k grants left for this fiscal year which will be used to issue those grants and very few feb 7 and onwards application? What are your thoughts @gregormendel @biotechy ?
