Yes, I know it is based on the average between visa lodgements and visa decisions, whether grant, refusal, or withdrawal. But which batches of visa decisions? The decisions last 4 weeks? The decisions last 3 months? Or what? Also, do they use the simple average, some kind of weighted average, some kind of exponential average, or what?
