Points distribution were as follows - Age (29) - 30 points English (superior) - 20 points Skills Assessment - Mechanical Engineer At least a bachelor degree - 15 points Australian Study Requirement - 5 points Australian Experience in Nominated Occupation - 5 points NAATI Accreditation - 5 points State nomination - 5 points Total claimed = 100 points I had claimed points for regional study. However, I had studied during covid and was stuck offshore - hence DHA rejected my claimed points as my stay was not in regional area even though my study was. I am not inclined to fight in ART as I still have 1 year left on my 485 visa don't think I will win.
