📣 Reminder: Ministerial Direction 119 came into effect on 25 July 2026. As a result, visa grants will now arrive as per the new processing priorities. As more grants come in August as per the new processing priorities, the sample size will grow and the processing time estimates on SmartVisaGuide (in user profile and subclass pages) will start to improve in accuracy. Its quite interesting to see, how this new ministerial direction changes processing time for Onshore Non-priority occupations, look like we will be waiting for longer than offshore applicants. Specially Mechanical engineers.
