There was a lot of controversy in this area where people said that we cannot claim it and some said yes. I have reached out to immigration agents for advice before I can make this decision. My advice, if you’re not clear about points whether you should claim or not, ask in the groups and also reach out to any legit agency to confirm. You can still launch the visa yourself, but book initial consultation with agent for what you need to clarify.
