Hello everyone. I am permanently separated from my spouse, but not decided to file divorce yet. Currently, I have received ITA being permanently separated. DHA required statutory declaration, Which I have made on affidavit and vetted from a lawer Notary public. Will it serve the purpose? Or do I need to gather other evidences too?
