DOL : AUG2017 Refusal: JAN2023 - 485
Reason for delay: 'We have received unfavourable Information' hence, your application has been referred to VACCU (Visa character Assessing Unit), We can not provide you with anymore information'.
They never told me why and what, just made me wait 6 years overseas (I had to go due to an emergency) applied bridging, no reply, so I left anyways, then covid.
Never worked in Australia, no fines, no criminal record nothing.Then after 2 years of silence on application. I emailed them with my AFP check and they all of a sudden cleared me after 6 years.
Sent an S56: PCC, Medical, (New Completion letter mentioning when the course started) Last letter had completion date, 16july2017 -UNI Letter, I still have it, it was uploaded initially
New had completion date : 14 Aug 2017 -
Application Date : 12 August 2017
Reason for refusal: Course was completed after the application date
- University's second letter had a different date. I could have showed university the first letter and got it fixed but I did a mistake.
After all this, I did skils assessment in 2023, I work in Police IT department in Pakistan. I got 3 years assessed at review as ACS assessment was refused due to insufficient payment evidence.
Got Positive assessment without any years deducted. Not even 1 year.
4 PTE tries; 90 90 90 76
3 MONTHS LATER : 15 Dec I got invitiation. Alhumudulillah.
Waiting to touchdown. :( 8 years and counting ...
