Submitted an explanation letter and the alternative translation of PCC -'certificate of no convictions' even though originally used term by Serbian police is a 'criminal record certificate', but the content of the certificate is the same - has not been convicted and certificate is issued for exercising civil rights abroad. I gave the proof of following all instructions given by the DoHA for using the police online service eUprava and choosing only possible certificate for abroad purposes.
