@tanu (23H ago| Updated 23H ago)Has anyone else noticed how few 491 grants we’re seeing lately, even for Priority 1 occupations? It honestly feels like 491 processing has been put on hold.
Even after the change to MD 122, there’s still very little movement. Could the low 491 quota be the reason? The 14,110 allocation includes 491, 494 and 187 visas, so is the actual 491 allocation much smaller than we think?
Any insight or recent grant updates would be really appreciated. It’s frustrating for those of us who have been waiting for so long with everything already completed.

assume 75 to 80% for 491, about 12K, so smaller planning level than 189/190. Moreover family size is biggest for 491 (grants seen are primary applicants). Not everyone shares here or on social media, lots of online groups etc.
It really feels like 491 has been kept on hold. so uncertain for 491 visa applicants

@bunnymiles now i feel if i ever get my visa or not? I really try hard to be positive about it but when i see no grants every day. I get myself doubted.
@tanu there are 491 grants everyday . you just don't see them here , because they are not here .

Because very less intake this year only around 14k for this fy

@gregormendel thank you for this clarification. Otherwise i was assuming they are not giving any grants to 491. Any idea when can i except grant under priority one offshore?
