I lodged my 491 visa application about a year ago and completed my medical examination at the time. The medical has now expired, while my visa application is still showing as “Received.” I haven’t received any request from the Department to complete a new medical yet.
I’d like to proactively complete and upload a new medical to avoid any potential delays when my application is assessed. However, my previous HAP ID is no longer valid.
Could anyone please guide me on how I can obtain a new HAP ID and arrange a new medical for an already-lodged visa application? Is there a way to generate a new HAP ID through ImmiAccount, or do I need to wait for the Department to request a new medical?
Any advice from someone who has been in a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When did u lodge..? Is it to vic.. Im rn still like u
Usually you wait for the CO to request remedicals. Doing proactively is bit of a hit and miss, I dont know how well it works. There is this PDF, you can have a look. Use at own risk :)
