Hi @gregormendel I am 38 years offshore Production manager Submitted EOIs for all states separately 75 points in jan 25 80 in Oct 25 And 90 in April Skilled partner Turning 39 in Nov Any chances??

190 qld biotechnologist QLD onshore Lodged visa on 24 March 2025, medicals cleared on 4 April 2025. 1st s56 on 19 March 2026, submitted the document the same day. 2nd s56 for 15 yr old sons medical on 20 April 2026, as he turned 15. submitted health clearance on 21 April 2026. when can I expect the grant? Been 7 weeks now.....

Hi @Gregor Mendel sir,

I'm a civil engg offshore applicant submitted EOI for state like NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA waiting for invite since Dec 2023,

Partner is skilled with engg tech and competent English.

I have lost 15 points in Jan-2026 due to age and experience. Dropping from 90 to 75 points for 491 visa.

I'm already 40 plus, are there any options to get invited or should give off??

What does it mean ? Any suggestions for us who is not aware of this?
