@@gregormendel sir, I received a positive skill assessment for Sales and Marketing Manager from IML, which is great news! However, my degree was assessed as an associate degree, so I can only claim 10 points for it. I’m now considering applying to VETASSESS for a Points Test Advice to see if they might assess my degree as equivalent to a bachelor’s, which would allow me to claim 15 points instead. I would then use the IML skill assessment for the occupation and the VETASSESS PTA for the qualification. Has anyone here gone through something similar? Do you think it’s worth going for the VETASSESS Points Test Advice? Any guidance or personal experiences would be appreciated.
GOLDEN INFO TO SHARE for WA Nomination! I was struggling waiting for my nomination with my visa about to expire. I wrote for minister Burke (home affairs) many times, until I realize the Migration WA sits under a different directory and department, Its called Department of Training and Workforce Development. I sent an email to the secretary and also the minister, my nomination was done at the same day. Maybe worth it a try, I wrote a very good and appealing letter and then I got my nomination. Migration WA and home affairs are obviously connected, however the nomination is the responsibility of Migration WA and not home affairs... Good lucky everyone.
