Regarding lodging a 190 EOI in WA as an Early Childhood Teacher:
At 80 points, 189 was a heartbreak. Now, If I lodge my 190 EOI in WA as an Early Childhood Teacher with 85 points, do I need to find a full-time contract only after I receive the WA pre-invite, or should I already have it when I submit the EOI?
Also, I keep reading that 190 visas can take around 2 years to be granted. At what point do I actually need to work in that job for 6 months: after WA nomination approval, or after the 190 visa is granted?
Can I change my employer or even move out of that occupation before 190 is granted, or would that cause problems?

Can a husband aged 48 with a valid skills assessment in Computer Network and Systems Engineer (ANZSCO 263111) and English language proficiency can claim 10 partner points for his wife, aged 43, who holds a skills assessment and English certificate in the occupation of Social Worker.
